The staff was very nice. My room had a bad cat-like odor upon arrival. The front desk gave me a spray to use, which was a very temporary fix. I ended up buying Febreeze to spray daily. The floor also hadn’t been mopped in a long time. After noticing my clean feet were dirty after walking around the room, I wet a towel to wipe across the floor. Nothing but black dirt came up on the towel. Morning breakfast was pretty good.
Rating this on this specific Baymont Inn Green Bay, WI. Don't know who owns and manages this, but they are working VERY hard to bring a quality hotel at an affordable price. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and obviously recently updated. Large TV. Excellent and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Was here for a wedding. Stayed for 4 days. VERY comfortable and relaxing stay. Well done and continued good luck and success to the owner and staff. I will be back!!! One last thing. There is a man that sits outside in the front. He bothers no one. He just sits there. He does not approach you. He does not try to stop you and panhandle. He is just sitting there. Might be homeless. Might not. Again, here for 4 days. Walked by him multiple times. Never did anything but sit there. Chill out over the dude. He is just a guy trying to make it in this crazy world just like all the rest of us.
We stay at this hotel every time we are in town. Friendly staff, great rates, clean/comfortable rooms. I am not a breakfast person, but my husband loves the continental breakfast.
Pleasantly suprised with how clean it was, the guy at the desk was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was large with a couch. The TV was good size. There wasn't any homeless people hanging outside.The price was perfect. Breakfast. Could have used a couple of additional items.But other than that, very nice stay
The room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Ok selection for breakfast. There is no elevator and front desk did the best being very busy for 1 person
First of all no this hotel is not brand new. Now having said that the staff is amazing!! Changed our room so we didn't have to walk upstairs. The room was clean, the A/C worked really well. Breakfast is good. And best of all it is affordable.
I've always had good experiences here. There's no pool. Breakfast is free, and from 5am-9am. Checkout is at 11 am. They offer waffles you can make yourself, egg patties and sausage patties. Also a variety of cereals and milk. chocolate chip, blueberry muffins, bagels, and English muffins are available. Orange juice and apple juice available during breakfast. Free coffee and tea are always available. (Hot chocolate is available during winter.)
We had a great stay here. The room was clean. Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was great and most of all it was pet friendly so our baby Queenie was able to come with us on this road trip.
